In 1974, Congress passed the Safe Drinking Water Act to ensure that drinking water is safe for human consumption. The Act requires public water systems to monitor and treat drinking water for safety.

The North Wales Water Authority service area is a sizeable, wonderfully varied area. The 11 different communities we serve are located in Bucks and Montgomery counties and they offer a great deal to those who reside there.
