If someone in your family likes to shave with the water running in the basin, they probably use at least one gallon per minute, most of it wasted. A stoppered basin needs one-half gallon or so of water for adequate razor rinsing.

North Wales Water Authority is now using PennBid^TM, Pennsylvania's electronic procurement program, for our bidding process. Similar to a paper-based process, PennBid^TM provides privacy, security, and vendor confidentiality, while streamlining the overall process.
