Customer Service/Billing Representative

The North Wales Water Authority (NWWA) is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Customer Service/Billing Representative. Various duties and skills are required, including but not limited to responding to customer inquiries on the telephone and in writing, processing payments, scheduling appointments, composing emails, interacting with other departments in the organization and other customer service-related duties, as assigned.  

Applicants should possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.  They must be detail-oriented, be able to work on varying tasks simultaneously and problem-solve. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and proficient computer skills are essential. Minimum job requirements include: College degree (minimum of 2 yr. Associates Degree), possession of a valid Pa. Driver’s License, successful completion of a background check, physical and drug screen. 

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $63,000 based upon experience.
