You're Getting A New Account Number!

You will be issued a new account number that includes both an 8-digit customer number AND a 5-digit account number. You will need BOTH numbers for ALL transactions. The format of your new account number looks like this:

Customer/Account Number: 90048938/94121

You will receive your new numbers in the mail in mid-September.

No Matter How You Pay You Are Affected!

Online and Paperless Billing customers - On September 15 when you click Online Bill Pay on our website you'll be directed to a new site called Link to make payments. You may pay your bill on Link without registering, but to access everything offered by Link, you will need to register. Your new Customer/Account Number will be required. EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED FOR ONLINE BILL PAY OR ENROLLED IN PAPERLESS BILLING YOU WILL NEED TO RE-REGISTER/RE-ENROLL IN THE NEW BILLING SYSTEM!

Pay-by-Mail and AutoFlow Customers - Your new Customer/Account Number will be required to submit a payment.

Pay-by-Bank or Third Party Payment Customers - You will need to provide your new Customer/Account Number to your bank or payment site.
