Possible Discolored Water Following Main Break Repair
Following the repair of a water main break, you may notice discolored water due to disruptions in water flow. This discoloration occurs when naturally occurring minerals in the system are disturbed as water flow is restored.
Rest assured, the water remains safe to use. To clear the discoloration, we recommend running cold water from the faucet for several minutes.
