FAQ: Bill Payment

Click on either of the “Online Bill Pay” buttons located on the left side and top of this page. This will take you to the NWWA Link online payment portal. You will have the option to make a one-time payment or register to take full advantage of all the benefits. To register you will need your thirteen-digit NWWA customer/account number and your email address.

Enter the requested information and click on the “Register” button. Once your information is verified you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Click the link provided in the email to go directly to NWWA Link and log in.

Once you have completed the online registration you can begin paying your bills immediately. Remember you will need to login each time you wish to pay your bill online.

Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by check! The new enhanced NWWA Link payment website also offers automatic credit card payments and bank account withdrawal.

To protect your financial privacy, NWWA does not store, or maintain, any information associated with your payment method. A link to our “Privacy Policy” can be found at the bottom of any page on our website.

Yes. Your account information is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just make sure you “Register” on NWWA Link to be able to view the information.

Payments will be downloaded from the website by the next business day.

Your account number is printed two places on your paper bill.It is located in the upper left hand portion of the bill, underneath our logo and address and on the remittance tab, right above the amount due.

If you still cannot locate your account number, contact NWWA’s Customer Service Department at 215-699-4836 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Log in to your NWWA Link account. Click the “Transactions” link in the left hand menu bar. You may have incurred Penalty or additional Late Fees. You can view such information as: charges incurred, usage and meter read dates.

No. As long as you have the NWWA Customer/Account Number and password you can make an online payment. The Customer/Account Number and password are unique identifiers. Only the registered user can choose to provide you with this information.

Click either “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the top right of the NWWA Link login screen. Complete the requested information and submit. You will receive an email with instructions to complete your changes and verify your registration. If you don’t receive the email, please make sure you check your Spam or Junk folders. If that doesn’t work, contact NWWA’s Customer Service Department at 215-699-4836 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Yes, as long as you are able to access the Internet and have registered for the online payment option. You will need: the NWWA Link website address (https://link.nwwater.com), your NWWA Customer/Account Number and Password.

NWWA will not be charging you any additional fees for utilizing this payment option.

Once you are logged into your account, click on the “My Profile” link located on the left side of your screen. Then click “Manage Password” and follow the instructions. Be sure to click “Reset Password” to save your changes. You will receive an email confirming the change has been made.

Paper bills will be mailed unless you enroll in NWWA’s “Paperless Billing” program. The Paperless Billing option sends an email notification informing you charges have been applied and eliminates the paper bill. The email will contain a link directly to the NWWA Link online payment portal where you can view your bill.

You may sign up for Paperless Billing when you register on the NWWA Link Online Payment Portal. If you are already registered, log in to the NWWA Link Online Payment website and from the ‘Account Overview’ page, click “Yes” to initiate paperless billing.

You won’t save money on your water bill but you will save on postage and check writing fees. Also, online payments are received faster than U.S. mail. Utilizing this payment feature provides you more control on payment receipt which could help eliminate additional late fees.

Full payment is due on or before the stated due date to avoid late fees and additional charges. If you are unable to make the required payment please contact NWWA’s Customer Service Department at 215-699-4836 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday to discuss possible payment arrangements.

Each time you authorize an online payment you will receive a confirmation that payment has been made.We recommend you save these confirmations and compare them to your monthly credit card or bank statements.If there is a discrepancy you will need to contact the company issuing the credit card.

If you have authorized an incorrect payment amount and have received a payment confirmation, you will need to contact NWWA’s Customer Service Department at 215-699-4836 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
